- Activities in Sigatoka: surfing river mouth, mountain bike hire, horse riding, beach & coral walks, waterfall trek- Biausevu, Natadola beach, Scuba/ Snorkeling, sand dune park -sandboarding, Naihehe caves

July 20th- 24th:  We can either stay in Nadi at this pt, or head down to the SW of Viti Levu to the Sigatoka area

- Vakaviti Hostel- Sigatoka: link free snorkel gear, coconut grating lessons, lockers, internet, laundry, kayak rentals- $11 shared dorm, stay 7 nights 8th night free ($77 for 8 nights in dormitory). Vakaviti is situated along the beautiful Coral Coast in Korotogo, 6 kilometres from Sigatoka Town. An ideal base for sand dunes, Pacific Harbour and Suva.
July 25th: Head back to Nadi, stay at Paul & Diane’s place before flying back to the US the next day

Bag storage:
- Stow 1 or 2 packs at Nadi airport: $6 fijian per day, per bag: 12 days= $72 Fijian or $40 USD/ bag
- or maybe we can stow it at CS host’s house.. not sure though about security over 2 weeks..
Fiji Advice::
- use buses- cheapest transport , and beware of taxis that don’ use a meter
-Don’t hire/rent cars or book tours from the airport, cheaper in Nadi Town.
-A simple meal in Nadi will cost you about FJD$7
-Vodafone sim cards are $10FJD can be bought, in Nadi Town, you need to show ID to get one and an address.
-Strong sunscreen is advisable
